• Your Annual Report ID is the 7 character ID provided to you by the Department on the Annual Report Filing Notice. If this ID contains a letter, it must be entered capitalized. For non-Mortgage Licensees i.e. licensees not in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, this ID is your NJ Reference Number.

• Your Account Number is the 10-character ID provided to you by the Department on the Annual Report Filing Notice.
