During the registration process, you will be asked to create a MyNewJersey Logon ID and password which you will use to sign into DOBI Banking Online Licensing Services. If you already have a MyNewJersey Logon ID, you can enter your existing ID during the registration process rather than creating a new one.

Once you have registered and are signed in to your myNewJersey Logon ID you will have access to DOBI Online Licensing Services. Please save your Logon ID and password.

Please Note:
Registration is a one-time event. After successful registration you will not need to go through the registration process again. From that point forward, you will simply "Login" (using your ID and password) anytime you'd like to access the DOBI Banking Online Services system.
