The New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance (DOBI) provides online licensing services for New Jersey Real Estate Licensees. These services include hires, terminations and license renewals. Additional services are being prepared and will be available in the future. Active Brokers of Record / Employing Brokers should use the register/login options below. Other licensees, please go to the Licensee Login.

During the registration process, you will be asked to create a MyNewJersey Logon ID and password which you will use to sign into Real Estate Online Licensing Services. If you already have a MyNewJersey Logon ID, you can enter your existing ID during the registration process rather than creating a new one.

Once you have registered and are signed in to your myNewJersey Logon ID you will have access to Real Estate Online Licensing Services. Please save your Logon ID and password.

Please Note: Registration is a one-time event. After successful registration you will not need to go through the registration process again. From that point forward, you will simply "Login" (using your ID and password) anytime you'd like to access the Real Estate Online Services system.
